Whew... am I tired! It's a bitch getting used to a completely new schedule and trying to learn about a gazillion new things at once. In regards to my last entry.. My boss didn't expect me to know the ropes; I was just jumping to conclusions like I always do.
Too bad I don't have a mat for that.
Come on, that was funny.
So I've taken about 20 pages of notes on this new job of mine. I never in a million years thought it would be so intricate. Shall I show an example?
Did you know that when taking pupil distance measurements with a pupilometer you should set the gage to "infinity" and take the measurement you get... say 60 divide it by two and that gives you the right eye measurement of 30. Then you have to subtract that by 1.5, and if it's for multivision glasses you have to get a seg height....and it goes on and on. And that is just about 1/100 of the process.
So my boyfriend got a huge promotion yesterday. He is officially my suga daddy now. Well in a matter of speaking because I'm going to be kick ass "eyewear specialist" girl.
I must be off; I have cheese sticks to consume!
